Walks Group Social Evening and Quiz 

In March of every year the Group holds a social evening with a quiz, a raffle and a buffet supper, the proceeds of which cover the losses incurred from our full day walks.

Half and Full Day Walks

Walkers participate at their own risk and must be capable of completing the distance in open countryside over uneven ground, with some ascents and descents, in a variety of weather conditions. Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn and a packed lunch and drinks carried.

Half-Day Circular Walks

Walkers use their own transport for these walks and usually have lunch together after the walk at a local hostelry.
